Also i have two wireless modems each connected to the desktops.
Now i want only one internet connection to both the floors and both the PCs
Also wifi on both the floors. How do i do it?

Things I have:
1) ARV800V v3.0(https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B2ewWSPXOCCWUWt6eVhRTnZ5bkE/edit?pli=1)

2)tp-link wireless modem

3) Netgear n150 wgr614(http://www.flipkart.com/netgear-wgr614-wireless-n-150-router/p/itmdffys9gjghbzz?affid=sushubhgma)

NOTE: Both the modems are located near window, i can take any cables out the house for connection.

Solution
The devices you have are not just modems they are routers also. You want to only have a single router in your house. If your internet is going to come in via ADSL then you need to use one your devices as a modem and a router. If your internet is going to come in via say cable tv then you will get another modem when they install it.

So lets assume you are going to get a ADSL connection coming into the first floor. You would put one of your modem/router devices on this and you now have interent. You can then extend the connection to other areas of the house via ethernet. Since you do not want to run more routers in your house you need to not use that part of the device. You cable it to the lan ports and use it as a...
I am a little confused since you list 3 items. Since you can run cables this is pretty easy.

In any case you need one device to act as the router. The best one would be the one that has the actual internet coming into it. The other device or devices you want to run as AP. All this means is you cable to its LAN port from a LAN port on the main router, assign a IP within the ip range in the main router so you can manage the device, make sure you main router has this ip excluded from dhcp so it does not attempt to give it someone else. The wireless part you can either set the SSID and passwords the same or you can make them different both methods have advantages and disadvantages. You do want to try to use different radio channels. If you are going to use all three devices use 1,6,11

I am sorry...I dont understand what you are saying. I am a noob(beginner) in all this. Can you draw me a topology to understand

for example: modem1<==>router<==>modem2
it would be helpful
THANKS!

Actually a technician from my isp provider is coming next week and i thought i would know before hand what he is going to do or if he doesn't know then maybe I can help him

Solution
Just the answer I wanted
THANK YOU

So I will use the tp-link wireless modem and connect it to internet at first floor. Then through ethernet cable connect it to the netgear in ground floor and use the netgear as AP(access point)
