Two Networks One Modem

I would like to set up two separate networks with only one router. I have set up Live Parental Controls on one for the kid's devices and I would like to setup the second network with different DNS numbers for my devices with a separate password.

I have a Motorola Cable Modem SB5101 I have a Netgear WNDR3700 with the Parental Controls activated I have a Netgear WNR1000 I would like to use for the second network

Is this something that is possible? Can anyone provide instructions on how to set this configuration up? Thanks in advance for the help.

Connect both routers into the modem.

Connect all the kids devices to one router, and all adult devices to the other.

You must then set up some sort of limiting / censorship / firewall in the router dedicated to the kids network. Some routers have this built in, which is Your best bet.
