Question Two operating systems on comp and I can't access UEFI

I have two operating systems on my comp, and I can't access my UEFI. When I boot up, it gives me a basic boot screen, asking me which operating system I want to access (both Win7. I have one for work and one just for games.) Every time I try to access the traditional UEFI that has more options, it just takes me to this basic boot screen. I have an Asrock x99 motherboard.

What keys on startup have you tried pressing? Del or F2?

The options are F11, F2, Del and they all take me to the same screen.

Hmm. Try quickly pressing f2 & del alternatively before turning on pc and keep tapping them during post.

Np, think it's just timing and it goes to boot menu probably because ya just slightly missed it.
