I have two ports on my power supply labled pata, and three labled sata. Does it matter which ones i use to hook up power supply? Id like to hook up my gpu directly from the power supply

Its a evga supernova nex750W. And no it doesnt it has two cpu ports, 4 vga, 2 pata, three sata.

That should not be possible. Connectors would not fit.
If you somehow managed to force/connect wrong cables and turned on your pc,
then probably some hardware got damaged - PSU, motherboard or PSU (or all together).
Damaged part would need to be replaced.

But on your MSI PRO H510M-B motherboard you need to install a discrete graphics card.
i3-10100F doesn't have integrated GPU. Video outputs on motherboard will not work with this cpu.
