So I have a secondary PC that I use for streaming. I want to listen to music while playing games. Is there a way i can connect my 3.5mm headphones to both pc's at once? For some reason having spotify or YouTube open makes me lag.

Well you can extend them both and try it.
It should in theory work...
Y splitter 3.5mm socket to 2x 3.5mm jacks - but these are normally not very long, so you would have to extend one of them to the other computer which would be a 3.5mm extension

Something like that will do you, 1 plug into one computer and one into the other
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Littlebush-Systems-Limited-stereo-extension/dp/B0000992SR

That plugs into the other end of the y splitter then into the other computer
