[SOLVED] Two RAM slots not working?

Hello everyone!
First i wan't to apologize because my grammar is not that good.
Let's start with my problem...
I have motherboard Asus H110M-R/C/SI and 2 sticks of DDR4 RAM (8GB and 4, one 2400 another 2133MHz). When i put both sticks in their slots, i can hear that computer is starting but there is no picture on monitor, but when i pull out one stick computer is working fine (only if i put 1 stick in left slot - closer to CPU).
Does anyone have solution?

Likely that you have in compatible RAM modules.

You need a matched set of RAM modules (e.g., a 2 x 8GB kit).

Verify that I found the correct manual.

Refer to pages vi, 1-8, and also go to Asus' website to verify via the QVL (Qualified Vendor's List) what RAM modules are compatible.
