I got this Toshiba Portege t130 working again after I received 7 different laptops.

It has one WiFi card and I connected to it another working one, but when booting Windows, it only shows one WLAN. I checked and it is warm and working. I tested on Windows 7, 10, and 11 Superlite and Ubuntu; still did not work.

Is there a way to make it work, or doesn't it support two WiFi cards at once?

For wifi card to work, it requires drivers.

Are you sure, your laptop supports two wifi modules?
Probably you installed in some slot, that is not meant for wifi modules, but for something else.
It has a base for being able to screw the module in place. This is the image I found it has the wifi connected to the right slot, mine is the left slot(when I have it).
I tried to install its driver I found it here, but it says "no device driver".
