[SOLVED] Two windows processes causing Discord and Games audio to bug and lag

I've noticed when these two processes are running my Discord Mic is really messed up and the people im in discord with sounds really bad. When im playing games like League or Rust. I can only hear audio for like 1 second before it cuts back out and lags. I have tried a fresh install of Windows 11 and it still persists.
