Typing comma itself

My asus keep typing comma by itself for many times. Its come when i hit comma button but the symbol of comma not appear but suddenly comma appear in a few second after.

If you are typing normally does the letters/nubmers appear instatnly or there is an delay?
Have you tried another/external keyboard?
Is that a laptop or a PC?
