"UAC Shield" - Icon Problem on Windows 10 64-Bit

I can't get rid of these "shields" on my icons. I disabled UAC, cleared icon cache etc. but some icons still have them. I need help :/

Hmm could it have something to do with Administrator rights or needing lower level system access?

As you can see in the Picture, i already turned it off and i'm an admin

BTW, what's more, when i install a new game or program, there's no shield. After 10-15 minutes, suddenly shield appears...

After the big "Cumulative" 1511 Windows 10 update, shields disappeared. I think it was a bug. My problem seems to be solved, if it happens again, i'll post again here.
