Ubuntu Live USB needs FAT32 format but is only bootable as NTFS

I have an old PC with Windows 10, which I need to clean install as an update completely messed it up. So I decided to create an Ubuntu Live USB in order to access and back up the PC's files before clean installing Windows again. The problem is that (probably owing to the PC being old) any USB is bootable only when NTFS formatted. But Ubuntu Live USBs are usually formatted as FAT32.

So, is there any way to create an Ubuntu Live USB as NTFS format?

Solution
I found a tool that creates an NTFS bootable USB Drive so I was able to access the files on the Windows partition and transfer them to an external drive. So job's done. Mods feel free to close this thread.
