Question UltraGear 32GP850-B looks terrible

I recently bought a UltraGear 32GP850-B and it just looks awful no matter what I do with the inbult or windows settings. It looks bad with HDR on and off. I've created a mock up of how it looks

I couldn't get it 100% accurate. It looks worse in person. Is this just a bad monitor? Should I send it back?
