I need some help with UltraVNC. I have the server running on my desktop
PC at home. When I connect my laptop to the network I can use all the
features of VNC.

Problem # 1. When I connect from a remote location with the same laptop
over the Internet using OpenVPN, I can't do file transfers. The error
message is "File Transfer permission denied: disabled or unknown user or
version incompatibility".

Problem # 2. When a non-admin user is on the server and I try to connect
to the server to view it (doesn't matter if on the LAN or WAN), the VNC
viewer crashes with no error message. It just closes. Plus the user on
the desktop gets logged out.

I'm using release 1.0 on both the server and client.
