Question Unable Run Ram at Native Speed

Just bought and upgraded my ram from Crucial DDR4 32GB 2400MHz to Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB 3600MHz and it won't run at a speed higher than 2133MHz.
I've tested it multiple times with D.O.C.P enabled and without and it won't boot and only stays on with the Ram light on. And it only Auto boots into 2133MHz, the ram is completely new, I just got it today and it won't run any higher with either stick sets. I seriously don't know what the problem is, I've already updated my bios to the latest update as well. There's also only 2 dimm slots so putting it in the wrong slot isn't the problem. I've already reset my CMOS about 5 times trying to get this to work. I'd be fine even running it at 3200MHz just anything faster than 2100MHz.

Specs:
Ryzen 7 2700
Asus X570-I Gaming
Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x16GB 3600MHz

Native speeds for that ram is DDR4-2133MHz. The speed of DDR4-3600MHz is when you overclock the ram/ What BIOS version are you on for your motherboard? Side note, that processor's memory controller will be able to do DDR4-3200MHz, not beyond that unless you drop in a higher pedigree processor from the 3000 and 500 series.

I'm on 4602 the latest BIOS update for my MOBO, and I'm fine with it simply running 3200MHz, I just don't get why it won't run anything higher than 2133 without needed a CMOS reset
