Unable to access CPU statistics

I just upgraded to a Ryzen 5 1600 CPU and a Gigabyte AB350 Gaming motherboard. Everything is working fine, but I can't control the CPU fan (AMD Wraith Spire) and I cannot see the CPU temperature. It doesn't show up in Speedfan, nor does it in AMD Wattman. How can I still see my CPU statistics?

For viewing statistics, I recommend using CPUID's HWMonitor.
