Unable to add Loopback interface

Hi,

I am having windows 10 Pro in my Dell inspiron Laptop. I need to practice Network protocols so I need a loop back interface for GNS3 software. Now when I tried to install the interface manually It is giving me an error

What is your laptops series and model number? What is the error that you're facing during installation? Is this a clean install of Windows 10 or an upgrade from a previous OS?
