Question Unable to boot windows

Hello, I’m unable to boot windows since a freeze/crash with a buzzing sound while I wasn’t doing anything intensive (watching videos on YouTube) occured.

What exactly happens when I try to turn on my computer:

Case 1 :
Windows loading screen with rotating thingies freezes and that’s it. It stays frozen.

Case 2 :
Pc Manages to get to the desk then black screen for 1 sec, PC reboots and then case 1 happens.

Case 3- trying to lauch safe mode :
Freezes while loading the menu or in the menu

Case 4- BIOS
Works fine, pc doesn’t freeze nor crash even in a prolonged time usage

Can anyone tell me what’s wrong and how to solve it please ?

Asus Z170pro gaming aura
I7 6700k
Gtx 1080 asus
16 gb ram g skill
Corsair 850w rm850i
Corsair h110i gt watercooling
Kingston hyperx ssd 480gb
3tb hdd seagate

I tried to boot with an USB key to repair windows but it also failed: keeps rebooting. The only difference is the motherboard logo instead of windows loading appears before it reboots
I resetet bios parameters (removed oc)

Check the cpu temp in bios?
Try testing without the GTX 1080?
Could be the ssd too

CPU temps aren’t an issue (27 Celsius degrees)
I tried to boot with:
Ssd removed
Gpu removed
1 stick of RAM (tried both separately)
And I cleared CMOS

other than start replacing components? motherboard or psu
