Unable to change boot order on Phoenix - AwardBIOS

Hi, my BIOS is Phoenix. I'm trying to install Linux on it from a CD disk, but to do that I need to change the boot order. Simply put, it's not letting me. If any of you either have a tutorial or tips, I would appreciate it.

So whats it doing then?? So you burned an ISO? You didnt copy the ISO (if thats what you used as is to a cd)??

It's not bootable

Disable network boot as well if it's enabled

The CMOS battery maybe flat replace it
