I'm presuming you mean your login email address and password. And yes I am currently trying to change email addresses and when I click "Edit Account Credentials" it says to enter a new email or password. I have tried both but the "Submit" button has no code as there is no loading webpage afterwards or anything. It shouldn't be this difficult to change an email address should it!

Also I have tried to request my information and delete my account but both buttons give a message saying "Your request has been received. A representative will contact you when your request has been processed" and after over a week nothing has happened. On any other website it is so easy to do these simple things so I hope they fix it!!
