Unable to change screen resolution...Display problems

I am unable to change a screen resolution. It is currently at the lowest level. I do not know how it happened. Please help. Thank you.

Start, control panel. system,hardware, device manager, If there is a yellow excalmation point delete and restart, if it still fails go to the mfg website for new video drivers.
