Wireless internet access works so it seems the router is okay. Have a look in Device Manager under "Network Adapters" to see if the network adapter is listed or to see if DM shows any error icons.
Possible fixes:
a) Try a new ethernet cable.
b) Install a new graphics card as the existing one may have failed if it's not listed in DM.
One last thing:
"The Wifi Is Available only on My Mobile Not On My PC."
You can't connect wirelessly with a desktop PC anyway unless it is equipped with a wireless adapter either internally (wireless card) or externally (USB stick).
