Unable to connect to internet with my Android

We have a wireless router in the home and for some reason, my android just suddenly lost internet connection, but worked a bit ago. My computer has a wireless card in it to get internet, but still works. I tried putting the password back in and even restarting my phone all together but no connection is getting through. All it is saying is 3G at the top and im having to use my data now for any tyope of net on it. Does anyone know what i should do?
