Unable to copy and paste in Windows 10

I am unable to copy and paste in any app or windows explorer. After copying something (either via right-click and copy or control+c), I paste the following:

C:\Users\Evan\AppData\Local\Temp\PRODUCT_NAME_UNKNOWN_CrashDumpPRODUCT_VERSION_MAJOR_UNKNOWN-PRODUCT_VERSION_MINOR_UNKNOWN-2018-11-10--16-14-35_.dmp

I am using a 1 week old computer running Windows 10.

It's a custom built PC:
-MoBo: Asus ROG Strix Z390-I
-RAM: Corsair LPX 32GB DDR4 32000 MHz DRAM
-Drive: Samsung 970 EVO 1T PCIe M.2
-GPU EVGA RTX 2080
-CPU i7-8700K
-All stuffed inside a Mini-ITX case.

Installed apps: Chrome, MS Office, Steam, Dashlane

Anyhow, I have seem to have fixed the issue for the moment.
