unable to delete raid 0

hi my brother love to try any thing with out read or know so now i have problem with intel rst that i have raid 0 betwen my c drive (ssd) and my hdd
my
ssd : 118 gb
dhh :1 tb
aftert raid 0 i got 244 g new drive
i can not delet raid 0 from software on the win 10
and i cant enter to rst bios by ctrl + i no thing happen when i hit it
if i instal new os win 10 with out delet the raid whats gona happen ?

i tried to get into raid bios using ctrl i but no thing happen i asked in acer forum waiting for answer

So far the only thing you changed was the bios boot order so it could use USB? right? that shouldn't have effected the raid at all. it never booted off the raid.

Does the hdd show in irst as part of the raid still? what was on rest of the 1tb drive? Does the 1tb drive show up in the BIOS?

i have put thread on acer forum but its seem died no one care

wana try do cmd (disklist ) and see whats gona happen once iam home XD

iam not sure if iam understand what thay said about secure erase or low lvl formate
i have to read about it more hopefully i can understand cus thay would not want to explan it as thay have to much theards on there website

Diskpart: its worth a try, i don't think windows will do it as drive isn't showing in disk management so i don't think windows can see it.

Try a fresh install, it might make the hdd appear again. i don't know enough about raid to know why this is happening. Intel seem to be helping you

this is what i get in cmd

no media ??

i done 1 clean all and the same 238 remaind

should i make Disk partition for all 238 gb ? or just as ssd 118 or what i lost

i asked for help and no one noticed. So instead of me wasting your time trying to work out why bios can see drive but windows refuses to, post this question on http://www.tenforums.com/installation-setup/ and show them the screen shots, can link to here if you want. I never used raid, I knew enough about it know i didn't want it. Let me know how you get on
