The only way, I know, to change a standard user to admin is by using another admin account to convert it. If you don't have an admin account on PC, I don't know if you can.
You can share a screen shot but I have used a local account before and you get asked for the admin password on almost every command.. this user is local and I gave it admin real fast as it gets old quick.
Do you have access to another PC? If so, download the
Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB - its a handy boot disc if nothing else.
this might get you past the need for a password
change bios order so it boots off USB first, hdd second
boot from installer
on second screen, after language choices, choose repair this PC, not install
Now you could try system restore and pick a date prior to you changing your status, that might work, I don'tr know if it remembers user info - you find it in troubleshoot/advanced/system restore
