Do you have the latest bios installed for your motherboard?

It did'nt matter what bios i used with the old video card all the bios worked. Tried several( older to newest) including newest with the new card and no go. It will only boot if i set my memory to auto rather then DOCP

It is strange hard to see how the video card and memory settings are related.

Have you tried manually entering the memory speed and timing into the bios? They are usually on a sticker on the memory somewhere.

No i hav'nt and should'nt have to add them manually. I just leave it at auto. No problems with the old card, but the new card is effecting memory or something?
