Unable to find a virualization option in BIOS MSI 970A-G46. Anyone able to help?

I'm attempting to run oracle virtual box on my machine (w8.1 64 bit) and I am unable to install any 64 bit machines on it.

I read that I need to find and enable a virualization option in bios, however, I cannot find it.

Is there a way for me to check if my motherboard is compatible?

my CPU is an AMD fx-6350 and it apparently has AMD Virtualization (AMD-V)

There's a option called IOMMU Mode. Is this it???

This item allows you to enable/dsable the IOMMU (I/O Memory Management Unit) for I/O virtualization.

You should be able to install any operating system in Virtual Box with or without virtualization enabled. Virtualization is mainly used to improve performance or gain direct access to hardware, which software can cover otherwise. I've had VMs running on machines that have virtualization (haswell i5) and don't have virtualization (gen 1 atom) capabilities and the only real issue I've had was the said performance.

I'd check to see if your settings are correct in Virtual Box first as it is more likely the culprit.
