Unable to find Ubisoft game launcher, Please re-install Assassin's Creed 3.(Error code 2)

When I try to launch Assassin's Creed 3 it shows that ''Unable to find Ubisoft game launcher , Please re-install Assassin's Creed 3.
Ubisoft Game Launcher:
Error Code 2"
I am using Windows 7 (32 bit)
Please Help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Try= computer>>program files(x86)>>Ubisoft>>right click>>run as administrator>>run.

you need two thing
1- ubisoft game launcher you can get it from
http://static3.cdn.ubi.com/orbit/launcher_installer/UbisoftGameLauncherInstaller.exe
2-the reg file you can get it from registry
download it from here

change the install Dir and setup the program and play
