Unable to get drawing tablet monitor [yiynova msp19u] to display

Hello, I have a yiynova msp19u monitor drawing tablet, (it's like a cintiq) and I'm unable to get it to display.
The led light indicating it's getting a signal is blue and it had worked just a few days ago.
My PC is running Windows 7 and it's hooked up via a vga to dvi adaptor and is being used in a dual monitor set-up. In the dual monitor set-up, it's on the right side labeled as 1, while my lcd samsung monitor is labeled as 2 and is marked as my main display, I have it set to extend desktop, though changing it to clone or anything else hasn't changed anything.
I have checked to make sure the hertz and resolution are set to the proper numbers. I've wiggled the cables around a bit to see if the connection is shoddy or anything. It's also detecting the pen as I can move the cursor around on my other monitor just fine.
I had it hooked up to a GTX 460 and to a GTX 580 Ultra and I'm not getting a signal on either. The only thing that I can think of that has changed is my Nvidia drivers were updated.
I thought I would post here while I'm waiting to hear back from customer support, hoping it's some little issue with Windows or something like that so I don't have to go through shipping it back since I have work to do(wishful thinking I'm sure). Thank you very much for the help.

So it's detected in Windows as a display? Check the orientation in Windows make sure it's on the right side and you are not trying to move the mouse over to it from a different direction. Is there no display at all or does it at least show a background color? Did you test it with another computer?
