Hi All

I am running a asus tuf z590 with a I7 10th gen cpu, i know that i cant have all 3 m.2 ports working on this board unless i upgrade to 11th gen so i purchased a Asus Hyper M.2 X16 Gen 4 Card. I have install 2 extra m.2's into this card but i can only get 1 of them to show up, i have tested each of the cards and they both work but have to be the only card present. i have checked a few tutorials and read the instructions on this also i have tried the following:

in the Advanced/Onboard Devices Configuration screen

PCI Bandwidth Bifurcation Configurations - Auto, 8x8 and raid
changed the m.2_2 Configuration to auto and pcie
changed the m.2_3 Configuration to auto and m.2 i believe

i also tried this tutorial with no avail

any further help would be appreciated

that bifurcation is just for that silver PCIE slot
from mainboard manuals you could deduce that you can have up to three M2 drives with bifurcation set to x8x4x4

black pcie slot even if it looks like x16 slot is just x4 slot, meaning only one M2 drive

Ensure to install the Hyper M.2 X16 series card to PCIe 4.0 x16_1. If you wish to
connect a display, we suggest using the internal VGA or installing a VGA card to
PCIe 3.0 x16_2, which will run at x4
