Question Unable to instal windows

So i just build a new pc for a friend and made a usb boot drive for windows 11. I was able to get into windows install now, but after choosing the operating system it says
This pc doesn't meet the minimum system requirements to install this version of windows. For more information, visit https://aka.ms/windowsSysReq

B760 gaming plus wifi MSI
I7 13700f
Ddr5 32g corsair vengeance 6000hmz
Gigabyte rtx 4070
Samsung evo 970 evo plus 500gb
A sharkoon 80 gold 750 watt psu

Make sure the ISO file you used to create the boot drive is a legitimate working copy of Windows 11.
Ensure the product key hasn't been used previously.
