Unable to install my Epson T50

For the past few days I have been trying to install my new Epson Stylus T50, each time I plug in the USB cable it indicates P50 and then the drivers not available. My printer is labelled T50, the installation CD is also T50, then where is P50 coming from? Please help.

If the printer is labeled as T50, you should try downloading the drivers from Epson's website itself - http://esupport.epson-europe.com/ProductHome.aspx?lng=en-ZA&data=Yc2M45mBlTZ+TvdhzPZxUWljjFu0cl03&tc=6
