Question Unable to mirror screen to wireless tv.

Hello

Im having trouble getting the windows 10 screen mirroring to work properly.

Im able to connect to my wireless tv but my tv only shows my desktop without any of the icons on it. Whenever I open applications like a video player or firefox, it will show the icons on the task bar but nothing else on screen except for audio.

Any help is appreciated thanks.

If you see just the desktop, it's quite possibly the TV acts as "extended desktop" instead of "Duplicate". Go to Display Settings, and change the mode.
