Unable to reinstall Windows 10 after format

I did a format on my pc and now I'm trying to reinstall Windows 10 on it. Everything good until I need to chose a drive department where I will install Windows. When I choose the main ssd department, it shows me an error that says, "we couldn't create new department or to locate the current one." What could I do? I think it's on gpt format and I don't know how to reformat it to ntfs. Also it doesn't let me to delete some partitions cause it says they are not assinged. I don't know what to do..

on the install screen there should be an option called troubleshoot. Once in the menu click advanced options and then command prompt. Follow this guide https://goo.gl/WcHRxV and it will tell you how to reformat the disk with the ntfs file system. Remember that you'll lose any data after the format.

When you get to the screen with your partitions (drive departments), select each one and delete them until you only have 1 partition listed as Unallocated space. Then click Next and Windows 10 will install and setup all the partitions it needs for you.

If you just want to format the drive, you can run Parted Magic from a Hiren's USB. It has saved me from this exact problem many of times.
