About 3 years ago I pirated a game, yeah I know I shouldn't have done it blah blah. (I don't pirate anymore). But for whatever reason when I did so it renamed my D: drive to the name of the game. Looking at the drive properties shows the drive as "HDD" but in explorer, it's the name of the game. It's not a virus as this happened years ago and I've done many scans in that time. Any suggestions on how to fix without wiping everything?

What happens when you try to rename the drive?

It's been renamed to HDD already, everything shows that it's been renamed. I just renamed it again and the same thing happens, Disk Manager shows that it's been renamed and so does the properties but in explorer it hasn't changed.
Sorry miss read part of the op, have you gone through file for file of the game looking for for notepad files.... I know that if people are clever enough they can make a .bat file or some sort of file like that. Screw with people without making a actual virus
