Question Unable to setup Corsair iCUE

Hey so I am trying to setup Corsair iCUE however it is only detecting my motherboard. I would like it to detect my RAM, fans and CPU Cooler which I believe are all compatible with the software. It just shows up that they don't exist and I am unsure how to fix.

Specs:
SP120 fans
Wraith Cooler
Trident Z Royal Ram
ASUS Rog Strix b450-f Mobo

Also my motherboard is only lighting up in the top left Asus logo instead of the full motherboard (which includes bottom right ROG strix design).

Any help is much appreciated.

Doesn't work as the device doesn't actually show up in iCUE like it does in the video.

I'm not sure, but do you need to have Asus Aura also installed? Have you checked mobo connectors etc?

I have an Asus B350 Prime at home, and use Icue too. Ill check it when I get back later, and see if I can get mine to work. I just never bothered with the RGB on my system.
