Question Unable to turn off or change Front Fan RGB Lights on Gamdias Case

The current case that I am using is the following - Gamdias - Talos E3 Mesh WH

The problem that I am having is that the case comes two fans on the front which are working and the lights are working, but the case comes with an Front LED light button on the top of the case that allows you to either change the colors and or turn off the LED lights, According to the user manual you press and hold the LED button for 3 seconds and it should turn off or change color, however mine are currently stuck on a green light. I am not really sure where to go at this point and getting a hold of gamdias support is nearly impossible as this is a computer i bought off someone a long time ago, the button used to work but is now no longer working.

This is the User Manual - Page 11 it states "Sync With Motherboard : Press and hold the FAN LED control button for 3 seconds"

This video shows how the case fans do change when you press the button and there's no motherboard installed, meaning that the ARGB connector isn't tethered to a header on said motherboard.

What is the make and model of your motherboard? Is the ARGB connector from the hub/controller for the fans/ARGB hooked up to an ARGB header on your motherboard?

The Make and model of the mother board is an MSI MPG Z490 Gaming Edge Wifi

As far as the connector goes, I am not sure as I wasn't the one that put the system together and as mentioned the button has worked previously before. so I had no reason to open the system to check.
