unable to update latest version amd catalyst

hi guys,

i recently purchased and installed a sapphire r9 280x vapor oc and installed the driver cd that comes with it.

but whenever i try to extract/install the latest version of amd catalyst im unable to install it. what fix you guys can suggest?... thanks

First remove previous amd driver.
Run latest amd driver application as administrator. (no need to extract)

thanks for the reply sir, however, how can i run the app as admin without extracting when it is in zip format?

They shouldn't be in .ZIP format if you downloaded them from AMD
