Did not work. I even created a temporary administrator account and tried to install on that one with no luck

when I click to install is says the installation failed reason: Access is denied

Then it says to see log file for details and that is what I posted above.

Those are for a different error. The access denied has many errors under its umbrella that I saw when I was doing research. Reshade could possibly work but Id rather have that as a last resort.

Okay as an update as it turns out for some reason even though this is the ONLY account to access windows, it has me as both user AND admin. As admin I have access and as user I do not and cannot give myself access. In CMD I am User, not system. Im not sure how to give myself the rights I should have.
