Question Unable to use keyboard after computer factory reset

When I reset disk at login screen then it goes to choose your keyboard layout my keyboard and mouse does not work I tried re plugging it but still did not work

Make sure your installer isn't corrupt. Only after you've got OS on the drive, can you begin installing drivers.

thing is DONT CLOSE THIS CONVO PLS we bought the computer and we dont know the password that is why we are trying to erase the hard drive so idk how to install drivers
