Hi,

I reinstalled my windows 10 operating system on my custom built pc and what I did was I put in the dvd and I selected the efi dvd option and I installed windows at the screen that has the box that says where do you want to install windows and I deleted all the other partitions that were for windows and I unplugged my 3 slave drives before all of this. So I deleted all the extra partitions and I was left with one partition that said unallocated disk space so I left that as is and then my primary drive the ssd (c) drive was not unallocated it was just showing regular nothing had changed with it. So I wasn't sure if I was supposed to delete it turn it into unallocated disk space create a new volume and then format it. but I did not do that I just highlighted the primary c drive where windows was to be installed on and clicked next. So now I'm back in windows and Some third party partitioning software is saying that the drive is not formatted. Is it oaky to use the drive even though it's Unformatted I will send some screenshots.

Windows does though and I have run a check disk by right clicking the c drive and it is finei also ran by going to a command prompt sfc /scannow and that found errors and it said it fixed them. In disk management it shows it as a file system.

I even ran bit defender and it did not find any errors.

You have no idea how stressful this has been but I guess I guess I will leave this as is. Because I have no idea what to delete in the box that says where do you want to install windows and it lists all the partitions that windows created on past installs of windows so I will just leave this as is..
