I transferred all my files in an external hard disk because I want to format my PC. When I tried accessing it again, I got an "unallocated/not initialized" error. I tried fixing the MBR using a software and now the device is showing as "Online and Healthy". The problem is, I cannot retrieve my files!

I tried data recovery softwares such as Recuva, EaseUs and GlaryUndelete but I got nothing.

PLEASE HELP!

All the important files I need for school and work are there. I BADLY NEED TO RECOVER THEM.

Update:

After I rebooted my PC, aside from the computer not detecting the drive, now even Disk Management and Device Manager stopped reading it.

I am really worried.
I have reports and files like my employment records, school certificates and bank files there so I cannot just bring it to the technician to get it fixed.
