A new Geekbench 5 listing shows off an unannounced 'Phoenix' CPU named the Ryzen 5 7640U. It features the Zen 4 CPU architecture, 4nm lithography, RDNA3 graphics, and a massive performance uplift over the Ryzen 5 6600U.

Benchleaks on Twitter shared Geekbench 5 benchmark results of a mysterious low-power Ryzen 7000 mobile Phoenix CPU ("Mayan-PHX" in this case) that was never announced during AMD's press event at CES 2023

By "Mayan-PHX" you mean to say the TEST platform used for this CPU ? Because Mayan-PHX seems to be the reference evaluation and validation platform used by AMD for this testing, and not the actual CPU SKU being tested here.

They could ditch the Ryzen branding and Zen microarchitecture after Zen 6 X3D, and put the big new thing on AM6.
