Solution
Intel build with 8700 16gb of ram

Unlike the amd cpu cooler, intel cpu cooler is pretty bad, and for a cpu like 8700, you need a aftermarket cooler.

Similar budget can also get you a z370/8600k/3200mhz ram if you are willing to overclock. At stock, I think this pc is the same as 8600k and better at multitasking.

Rest of the system is very similar.

i didn't include the monitor since i can't find them on pcpartpicker /nor mouse and keyboard. as they are more personal choices.

it's about $1800, here is reasoning.

since you want some rgb, the 2700x come with a free rgb fan,
the memory is 3200 c16, and it's on the mobo qvl.
same goes with the nvme ssd. 256gb should able to get you a few games and the os, if you need more space, you can always more later.

mobo i x470 so you don't need to worry about bios updates, it offers onboard rgb lighting, and is able to sync the graphic card rgb, since they are the same manufacture, you can sync up the rgb.

1080ti, fastest geforce chip there is, $800, you can get a 1070ti for $500 and give you more budget options on peripherals, the performance differences between 1070ti to 1080ti is 30~40%

the tg meshify c allows you the showcase your rgb and it's a great case. also with 2 pre installed fans.

evga 750w power supply is a good power supply that will handle the power hungry 1080ti and 2700x. if you every decides to overclock later on, you can easily do so without worrying about the power supply.
