It's an old gaming PC that has been repurposed as a media server for Emby.
I have an M5A99FX Pro r2.0 and 12GB of G.Skill DDR3 1333. Corsair H60i cooler. Just blew dust out of system a few days ago. 4 intake and 2 exhaust fans. Ambient room temp is like 65F. Latest BIOS. This PC is always on since it's a media center and for the most part, temps are fine (30-45C) during light browsing and just watching some videos, but once they get into the upper 60s and lower 70s during HEVC playback with SVP smooth motion interpolation running, it takes a while for it to cool off even after being idle for 30min. I have a manual fan controller, so turning the setting to Jet Engine helps a lot, but I'd like to keep my PC as quiet as possible. It wasn't an issue when I was at
Currently, I have my CPU Ratio set to 15x giving me 3GHz on all cores with Turbo Core turned completely off. I have my Vcore set to 1.275V. So far, it's stable, but everything else is set to auto and I'd like some insight on which values I should plug in to keep my system "cool n quiet" at all times. If I can keep her under 60C without invoking the jet engine clause that'd be ideal. I'd like to avoid changing coolers if possible.
