Underperforming as hell

Hello! Yesterday is was playing my pc and everything was running smoothly but today something happened... It got super slow :/ all my games went from 60fps or higher to 30 or lower! For example cs:go was running at 250+ FPS but now it's at 30...

I'm running a GTX 1060 6GB
I7-4790 @ 3.6 ghz ( water cooled)
8gb of ram

My drivers are updated and the temps aren't high at all.

Yes i have with multiple anti-virus programs. Everything was clean.

Oh! I forgot to mention that i downloaded ''core temp'' program that day to see what my temps are.

From where did you download core temp? Were you having issues before installing it?

When you say "multiple anti-virus programs", which ones and are they all running at the same time? Typically, you should only use a single anti-virus app/suite to prevent resource and possible application conflicts.

Ok, so i downloaded it from my Google Chrome, here's the link
http://www.alcpu.com/CoreTemp/ as much as I remeber it didn't lag before downloading it. I have deleted it and ran AVG but nothing changed, it didn't stop the lag.

I used AVG anti-virus and Ccleaner and they weren't running at the same time.

Install malwarebytes and scan with it. Remove all it finds. Ccleaner is not an antivirus app. Just get the free version.
