Question underperforming new pc build

I have :
cpu: ryzen 7 3700x
gpu: rx 5700 xt
msi x570edge
ram: 2×16gb 3200mhz

and when i compered witch this guy

or other benchmarks i have lower fps performance then them

can you help me or help me understand why?
(not overlocked)

(one side question in MSI afterburner is showing me gpu temperature 1 and gpu temperature 2 which is always a lot higher what that mean?

Would help if you posted the exact FPS you see in your tests and at what settings and resolution not just say it's lower than others.
