Question Underperforming PC

Hello,

i think i have a problem with my pc, i thinks its underperforming allot.
these are my specs:
ryzen 5 1600x with a hyper tx3 cooler
geforce gtx 1060 6gb
12 gb of ddr4 hyper x ram
I play on a 720 p monitor but get like 30fps in apex legends, 40 in miscreated both on the lowest settings,
and when i have decent frames the games mostly stutters.
i hope someone knows something to help me... thanks!

Check you’re not running g super sampling and what config is that RAM? How many sticks and what speed

Have you updated Windows to the latest version and have you installed BIOS and GPU driver updates? Let's start there.

i have got 3 hyperX 4 GB DDR4-2666 mhz, i bought the 3rd one because i thought that this was causing the problems.

i just rebooted my windows and installed the latest bios version but it didnt do a thing :/ i appreciate all the help.

i spoke a little too soon, i tested apex legends and finally got good frames but only in apex, thankyou for this tho
