[SOLVED] Undervolt blue screen

So as the title suggests I undervolted my cpu and now have a blue screen, I undervolted it in a program called throttlestop and now whenever I start my PC it is stuck on the blue screen which says whea uncontrollable error, any help with this? Could I possibly reset voltages somehow?

I would try resetting the BIOS.
