[SOLVED] Undervolting and (Re)volting - Safe?

The title may be a little misleading, but the question is very simple. Is it safe to undervolt a CPU to -X and then, after some time, put it back to X (default value)? Or does undervolting and (re)volting causes any kind of strain?

That's perfectly fine they raise and Lower voltage themselves constantly depending on load
